Early Napoleonic Russian Infantry

Sculpts are Trent Miniatures, painted by me to the clients specification, basing to be done by the client. Trent Miniatures’ sculpts are a joy to paint, and I really did have fun with these guys.

Napoleonic Austrian 4th Hesse-Homburg Hussars

Here is the finished unit of x12 Napoleonic Austrian Hussars from the 4th Regiment, Hesse-Homburg. Sculpts are Front Rank, painted by me, basing to be done by the client. Unfortunately, two of these figures were accidently dropped and damaged just prior to being returned to the client – they were repaired and repainted to act as ‘spacers’ should the client require them, and an online order with Front Rank on a Bank Holiday Monday saw the replacement figures arrive with me first thing on the Wednesday ready for painting to replace the figures that fell foul of my clumsiness! I can’t praise Front Rank enough for their customer service and speedy delivery – this is one company that I would definitely recommend to anybody!

Napoleonic Austrian 5th Nassau-Usingen (Sommariva) Regiment

I’ve done the finishing touches on this commission of a unit of x12 Napoleonic Austrian Cuirassier which represents the 5th Nassau-Usingen (then Sommariva) Regiment. These were great fun to paint, and the fantastic sculpting made my work a dream! This is the first time I’ve painted any Front Rank figures, and if I’m totally honest they really are great to work with. The sculpts are Front Rank supplied by the client for stripping and repainting, painting by me, basing to be done by the client.

WWII German Fallschrimjäger

Still here, working away at the painting pile! Thought I’d share some photographs of the WWI German Fallschrimjäger that I have painted up as a commission for a fellow Wargames Club member – remember that these are painted to a tabletop standard and are meant to be viewed at a distance for an overall effect. Sculpts are Artizan, painted by me, based by the client. For use with Chain Of Command and Bolt Action
